RSC Director Richard Giragosian returned as a guest for Poland's TVP World news on 26 October for a discussion of recent developments in European security.  Giragosian joined host Sascha Fahrbach to review the past week's meeting of the European Council and the London meeting of the "Coalition of the Willing" group of Western nations, which focused on coordinating efforts to assist Ukraine.

RSC Research Fellow Emily Babakanian Frazier participated in the tenth meeting of the Economic Connectivity Armenia-Azerbaijan Dialogue Series (ECAADS) in Berlin on 23-24 October.

Returning to Rome, RSC Director Richard Giragosian offered a series of lectures and presentations to the NATO Defense College’s Senior Course 147 on 22 October, focusing on security in the South Caucasus.

At the invitation of the Topchubashov Center in Baku, RSC Director Richard Giragosian participated in an online conference on 15 October, entitled “Türkiye in, Russia down, Iran out? Shifting tides in the South Caucasus.”

Joining a small group of three other representatives from Armenian civil society, RSC Director Richard Giragosian met Deren Derya, the Head of Division of the EU External Action Service, responsible for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia and Moldova, and her team on 13 October, during their visit to Yerevan.
