At the invitation of the International Human Rights Legal Center, RSC Director Richard Giragosian offered a lecture entitled, “Assessing Governance in Armenia: Public Policy Process and Government Decision-Making on 9 November.

The fifth session of our professional training convened on 8 November, featuring an assessment of the Armenian IT sector, followed by a practical presentation on effective public speaking and an interactive discussion of the implications of the US elections for Armenia.

On 25 October, the fourth session of our professional training program was held, offering an innovative “mapping exercise” of national power and governance in Armenia.

Organized for the government’s Civil Contract party by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS), RSC Director Richard Giragosian and RSC Fellow Giacomo Scassellati Sforzolini participated in a conference on the Armenian government’s “Crossroads of Peace” project on 12 October 2024.

The third session of our professional training focused on post-war Armenian defense reform and security was held on 11 October.
