RSC at NATO Defense College

As part of an executive course for mid-level officers, RSC Director Richard Giragosian was invited to the NATO Defense College in Rome to present an “assessment of risks and challenges in the South Caucasus.”  On 20 December 2022, Giragosian joined Zaur Shiriyev, an analyst from the International Crisis Group (ICG), in an initial plenary session that was followed by separate breakout sessions with the class.
